I have tried searching for a solution online, but found nothing specific, and nothing I tried, following a guide or otherwise, has worked. It either launches and stays running on Steam but never opens and never shows up, or it doesn't launch because 'Rockstar Launcher is already running'.Īlso, can't ever get to see a Rockstar Launcher windows after installing, and the process in Task Manager is stubborn and won't go away or allow you to terminate the process (the option is there, but nothing happens).
